Use of personal details (purpose of register)
Personal details are collected to make communication and use of service possible. Details can be used for communication between service providers and users and also for direct communication between users. Some personal details are visible on the profile page of the user, but those details are voluntary (except name).
The handling of personal details is not outsourced, but the register data is stored on a server that is rented from a third party company.
Information content of the register
The following information may be stored in the register:
- Personal details: Name, email address, phone number, street address
- Account details: username, password (stored in encrypted format)
- The description text that the user may write about him/herself
- The offers and requests the user has posted to the service
- The given and received feedback and badges
- Statistical data about service usage, e.g. number times the user has logged in
Regular sources of information
Personal details are given by the user on registration to the service or when using it later.
Regular handovers of the information
The information may be handed over for research purposes as described in the Terms of use that the user accepts before starting to use the service. The researchers may not publish any research results so that identifying information would be revealed or that any specific user could be detected.
Information considering users of a single Roof community may be handed over to the client who has founded that community or to the community administrators appointed by that client.
Transfers of the information outside the EU and the European Economic Area
Information may be stored to a server that may be located inside or outside of the EU and the European Economic Area

The information is stored on computers. The access to the information is restricted with passwords and physical access to the computers is restricted by the server hosting company.

Prohibited Activities You may not use the Yelo service for activities that: 1. violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation. 2. relate to transactions involving (a) narcotics, steroids, certain controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety, (b) drug paraphernalia, (c) cigarettes, (d) items that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity, (e) stolen goods including digital and virtual goods, (f) the promotion of hate, violence, racial intolerance or the financial exploitation of a crime, (g) items that are considered obscene, (h) items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction, (i) certain sexually oriented materials or services, (j) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or (k) certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law. 3. relate to transactions that (a) show the personal information of third parties in violation of applicable law, (b) support pyramid or ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other "get rich quick" schemes or certain multi-level marketing programs, (c) are associated with purchases of annuities or lottery contracts, lay-away systems, off-shore banking or transactions to finance or refinance debts funded by a credit card, (d) are for the sale of certain items before the seller has control or possession of the item, (e) are by payment processors to collect payments on behalf of merchants, (f) are associated with the sale of traveler's cheques or money orders, (h) involve currency exchanges or cheque cashing businesses, (i) involve certain credit repair, debt settlement services, credit transactions or insurance activities, or (k) involve offering or receiving payments for the purpose of bribery or corruption. 4. involve the sales of products or services identified by government agencies to have a high likelihood of being fraudulent. Activities Requiring Approval Yelo requires pre-approval to accept payments for certain services as detailed in the chart below. Refunds and Cancellation
If, as a USER MEMBERS, you wish to cancel a confirmed Booking made via the Site, Application and Services, the cancellation policy of the Host USER MEMBERS contained in the applicable Listing will apply to such cancellation. Our ability to refund the Fees, USER MEMBERS Fees and other amounts charged to you will depend upon the terms of the applicable cancellation policy. Details regarding refunds and cancellation policies are available via the Site and Application. The USER MEMBERS Fee is non-refundable unless otherwise indicated in the cancellation policy selected by the Host USER MEMBERS. Camp Bueno Payments will initiate any refunds due pursuant to the Payments Terms.If a Host USER MEMBERS cancels a confirmed Booking made via the Site, Services, and Application, (i) Qainaat will refund the Total Fees for such Booking to the applicable Traveler USER MEMBERS pursuant to the Payments Terms and (ii) the Traveler USER MEMBERS will receive a Communication from Qainaat containing alternative Listings and other related information.
If the USER MEMBERS requests a Booking from one of the alternative Listings and the Host USER MEMBERS associated with such alternative Listing confirms the USER MEMBERS’s requested Booking, then the USER MEMBERS agrees to pay Qainaat the Total Fees relating to the confirmed Booking for the site in the alternative Listing, in accordance with these Terms. If a Host USER MEMBERS cancelled a confirmed Booking and you, as a USER MEMBERS, have not received a Communication from Qainaat, please contact Qainaat.
If, as a Host USER MEMBERS, you cancel a confirmed Booking, you agree that Qainaat may apply penalties or consequences to you or your Listing, including (i) publishing an automated review on your Listing indicating that a Booking was cancelled, (ii) keeping the calendar for your Listing unavailable or blocked for the dates of the cancelled Booking, or (iii) imposing a cancellation fee. You will be notified of the situations in which a cancellation fee applies before you decide to cancel.
In certain circumstances, Qainaat may decide, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary or desirable to cancel a confirmed Booking made via the Site, Application and Services. This may be for reasons set forth in Qainaat’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy or for any other reason. Qainaat may also determine, in its sole discretion, to refund to the Traveler USER MEMBERS part or all of the amounts charged to the Traveler USER MEMBERS in accordance with the Traveler USER MEMBERS Refund Policy or in connection with a cancellation under Qainaat’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy. You agree that Qainaat and the relevant USER MEMBERS or Host USER MEMBERS will not have any liability for such cancellations or refunds.
